Birthday Parties

Deposit Policy: A $200 deposit is required to secure your birthday party booking. The remaining balance can be paid on the day before the party begins. Please Note that all deposits are non-refundable.
Date Change Policy: Parties cannot be rescheduled to a different date within 6 weeks of the event. No exceptions will be made.
Guest & Catering Confirmation: Final confirmation of guest numbers and catering will be requested by Tuesday the week of your party. Please note, the total number of guest cannot exceed 20 kids and 20 Adults. For example, if 15 kids are attending, up-to 15 adults may attend.
Time Slot Policy: Time slots are strictly enforced. You and your guests must vacate the venue once your time has ended. A 10 minute grace period is allowed, after additional charges will apply.
Food and Drink Policy: No outside food or drinks are permitted, with the exception of birthday cake and lolly bags.
Socks Policy: Socks must be worn at all times while using the play equipment, for both adults and children. No shoes are permitted.
